Terms of Use and Reservation Terms

1. LUMOS ONE is in development

LUMOS ONE is a product under development. Website descriptions reflect current design intentions and targets, not final production specifications.

• Images may be concepts, renderings, or computer-generated imagery.
• Specifications, features, materials, configuration, availability, pricing, production timing, and performance may change.
• Performance examples and engineering results may be based on software-in-the-loop simulations or other illustrative assumptions. They are not physical road-test results or guarantees of real-world performance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Reservation deposit

A $100 reservation deposit places you in the LUMOS ONE early-access queue. Payment is processed by Stripe.

A reservation is not a vehicle purchase, order, sale agreement, or commitment by LUMOS RV to manufacture or deliver a vehicle. It does not guarantee availability, production, final pricing, specifications, configuration, delivery timing, or a particular queue position. Any future purchase will require a separate purchase agreement.

Reservations are personal and may not be transferred without our written consent.

4. Refunds and cancellation

Your $100 reservation deposit is fully refundable. To cancel, email invest@lumosrv.com from the email address used at checkout. After we verify the request, we will initiate the full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or Stripe may require additional processing time.

A refund cancels your reservation and queue position. If LUMOS RV cancels the reservation program or the product before offering you an opportunity to purchase, we will refund any outstanding reservation deposit.

5. Communications

We may send service and transactional messages about your reservation. We will send marketing communications only when you separately subscribe or consent. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary administrative messages about your reservation.

6. No investment offer

Nothing on this website or in a reservation constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, securities or any investment product.

7. Intellectual property

The website, branding, designs, text, graphics, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to LUMOS RV and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, noncommercial purposes.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it at scale, or use it in violation of law or the rights of others.

9. Third-party services and links

The site may link to or rely on third-party services, including Stripe and Calendly. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services, and LUMOS RV is not responsible for third-party content or availability.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUMOS RV and its officers, employees, advisors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability relating to a reservation will not exceed the amount of your reservation deposit, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Arizona law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. If a change materially affects an existing reservation, we will provide reasonable notice using the contact information associated with it.
