• Reservation information. Stripe processes your card details. LUMOS RV may receive your name, email, billing details, transaction information, payment status, card brand, and last four digits, but we do not directly store full payment-card numbers.
• Development updates. If you subscribe, we collect your email address and communication preferences.
• Technical-brief and contact requests. We may collect your name, company, email address, and message.
• Scheduling information. If you use Calendly, we receive the details you submit to schedule a meeting.
• Device and usage information. We may collect IP address, browser, device, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, and security or diagnostic logs.
• Communications. We retain information you send when you contact us.

2. How we use information

• Process and administer reservations, payments, cancellations, and refunds.
• Provide requested information, updates, and customer support.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and our services.
• Analyze site usage and measure communications.
• Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect LUMOS RV, our users, and others.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or by contacting us. We may still send necessary service or reservation communications.
